By accessing or using the Botmartz AI Solutions platform ("Platform") at academy.botmartz.com or any associated subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Botmartz AI Solutions Private Limited.

2. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in courses.
• •Individuals under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and supervision.
• •By using this Platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Course Enrollment & Access

• •Course access is granted upon successful payment or enrollment confirmation by our team.
• •Course access is for the enrolled individual only and may not be shared.
• •We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and features to maintain quality.
• •Completing a course grants you a Certificate of Completion where applicable.

4. Payment & Pricing

• •All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST (18%) unless otherwise stated.
• •Payment must be completed before course access is granted.
• •We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing paid enrollments.
• •Taxes applicable to your location may be charged in addition to course fees.

5. Refund Policy

• •7-Day Refund Window: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be considered if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• •No refunds after 7 days or once significant course progress has been made.
• •Pre-registration fees for upcoming batches are non-refundable once the batch is confirmed.
• •To request a refund, email info@botmartz.com with your enrollment details.

6. Intellectual Property

• •All course content, videos, notes, assignments, and materials are the intellectual property of Botmartz AI Solutions Private Limited.
• •You may not record, redistribute, resell, or share course content without prior written consent.
• •Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate access termination and legal action.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• •Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• •Reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape Platform content
• •Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• •Post or share offensive, defamatory, or infringing content in course discussions

8. Disclaimers

• •Course outcomes (such as job placement or salary increase) are aspirational and not guaranteed.
• •The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
• •We are not responsible for third-party links or resources referenced in courses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botmartz AI Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting us at info@botmartz.com first.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
